Ultragrip Heavy Duty Restrained Wide Range Flange Adaptor Data Sheet
1. Equipped with metal toothed gripping segments, forming a high-strength mechanical restraint system capable of withstanding PN25 working pressure (hydrostatic test at 1.5× PN).
The restraint force can be further increased by adjusting the number of gripping segments and upgrading the bolt strength.
2. The end cap is designed with a locking stop feature, preventing the gripping segments from overturning under high pressure, which could otherwise lead to bolt breakage and restraint failure.
