2,Tighten The Bolts Properly According To Judberd Assembling Instruction Manual
3,Move The Repair Clamp To The Leaking Place
5,Tighten The Bolts Until The Water Stops Leaking

Repair Clamp Working Pressure
The width of a single-band repair clamp depends on the width of the pipe crack. The clamp should be at least 50 mm wider on each side of the crack to ensure sufficient sealing surface. For high-pressure pipeline repairs, it is recommended to use a double- or triple-band repair clamp, with the clamp being at least 100 mm wider on each side of the crack to ensure proper sealing. For very high-pressure applications (working pressure over 20 bar), it is recommended to use Judberd’s specially designed high-pressure repair clamps.
