DI Saddle Clamp for PVC and HDPE pipe Installation Instruction
We have clearly marked the applicable outer diameter of the main pipeline and the outlet size on each saddle clamp. Before installation, please carefully check these markings to confirm they match the outer diameter of the main pipe and the required outlet size. Additionally, inspect all parts of the saddle clamp to ensure they are intact, especially the threaded parts. If necessary, please indicate whether you need thread protection caps when placing your order to prevent damage to the threads.
STEP 1
Disassemble bolt as below figure
STEP 2
Separate the upper and lower parts of the body. Install the lower part of the body onto the pipe as below figure 1. Then, attach the upper part of the body onto the pipe. If the position of the outlet is critical, first align the center of the outlet position on the upper part of the body with the center of the outlet position on the pipe, and then install the lower part of the body onto the pipe.
STEP 3
Insert the bolts through the upper and lower parts of the body as below figure. Assemble the washers and nuts, then tighten the nuts in multiple steps, gradually increasing the force from small to large, until the required torque is achieved.
