Flange Leak Repair Clamp
Flange leak repair clamp is a specially designed tool used to stop leaks from flange joints without shutting down the pipeline.
It’s a quick, safe, and cost-effective way to fix leaks in flanges caused by damaged gaskets, corrosion, or uneven bolt torque.
Judberd flange leak repair clamps are designed to seal leaks temporarily or permanently, allowing you to do maintenance while the pipeline is still under pressure and minimizing your production downtime.
● Designed in accordance with ASME Section VIII for safe pressure containment.
● Bolt-on or weld-on installation — suitable for both temporary and permanent repair.
● Injection ports allow sealant to be filled under pressure to stop leaks immediately.
● Available sizes: ½” to 24”, pressure classes 150#–300# (custom sizes available).
● Standard material: Carbon steel; optional stainless steel (SS304 / SS316).
● Seal materials: NBR, EPDM, PTFE, or silicone rubber for compatibility with various media.
● Temperature range: -20°C to +250°C.
Pressure range: 0–70 bar (1000 psi).
● Hydrotested at 1.5 × design pressure before delivery.

Installation & Operation

Position the clamp around the leaking flange.

Tighten bolts gradually to recommended torque.

Inject sealant through the injection ports to fill the gap around the flange bolts.

Monitor for pressure stabilization.

The clamp can remain in place as a permanent or temporary fix.
The hinged and split-sleeve design allows easy installation, even in confined spaces.

Important Notes
The clamp is designed for temporary repair, but may be used long-term depending on application conditions.
Sealant reinjection may be required if leakage reappears over time.
For PTFE-coated studs, follow the proper torque values and lubrication guidelines.
