Flanged Reducer
flanged reducer is a type of pipe fitting used in piping systems to connect two pipes of different diameters. It features flanged ends for secure attachment to other flanged pipes or equipment. It include two design, one is concentric reducer ,another is eccentric reducer.
Concentric Reducer: The centerlines of the larger and smaller diameter pipes are aligned, creating a symmetrical transition.
Eccentric Reducer: The centerline of the smaller diameter pipe is offset, often used in applications where maintaining the same top or bottom level of the pipe is essential.
Flanged Reducer Application
1.Ductile Iron Flanged Reducer:
Applications:
Municipal Water Supply Pipelines: for city water supply systems and underground water supply networks.
Wastewater Treatment: for sewage and wastewater treatment systems.
Fire Protection Pipelines: for water transport in fire protection systems.
