Quick flange adaptor is flange adaptor which can be installed very fast .it is without tie rods for it’s own body.and no need flange gasket between two flanges ,because Self-contained gasket of quick flange adaptor can work as sealing gasket between two flanges. It is designed very simple structure and can be installed very easily and fast, so it is called quick flange adaptor.

When we tighten the bolts（Figure No. 1 as below), the rubber ring (Figure No.4 as below)deforms to form the seal for the pipe and the seal between the two flanges ,so the rubber ring of quick flange adaptor is dual-purpose.

At the same time, when we tighten the bolts, the flange squeezes the rubber ring, the rubber ring squeezes the grip ring(figure No.5 as below) to move towards the pipe insertion end of the quick flange adaptor, and because judberd has designed a slope in this place, so the further grip ring move, the smaller the inner diameter of the casting in contact with him, which locks the inner diameter of the grip ring, thus tightening the pipe and preventing the HDPE pipe from moving due to deformation.
