Flange Adaptor for HDPE Pipe

The adaptor typically consists of a flange body, a gland, a compression ring, a gasket and tie rods to ensure a secure and leak-proof connection.

Flange adaptor for HDPE pipe must have a restraint device, and this restraint device can be a restrained ring or a restrained wedge, the restrained ring or wedge is generally made of metal material, because HDPE pipe is easy to slide or loose at the joint due to its smooth surface and flexibility, the restraint device can fix the pipe and prevent the pipe from moving during operation. Easy installation: the installation process of flange adaptor is relatively simple, without special equipment and complex operation, just tighten the bolts to complete the connection, saving time and labor cost.
